Classic Afternoon High Tea also showcase the Christmas bauble-shaped Vanilla Mousse Financier Cake, made of moist almond cake topped with vanilla mousse, dark chocolate mousse with Lingonberry Confit, and Apricot Fromage Blanc Tart, a light cheese tart infused with apricot jam.
