Galbi Jeongol which is known as Korean stew hotpot dishes served with the scrumptious soup base, marinated chicken, mushroom and variety of vegetables. So, what is the difference between the white asaparagus and the green asparagus? White asparagus comes from the process of etiolation, which is the deprivation of light. The plant cannot produce chlorophyll without light and thus there is no green colour to the stalks.
